Day 01
Arrival in Kathmandu ( 1300m)
Arrival in Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport and you will be met at the airport by our representative and transfer to Hotel by private car. Welcome drink and after you settle into the hotel there will be a group briefing with your tour leader. He will discuss the trip details and co-ordinate any last minute arrangements. Overnight at deluxe hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02
Kathmandu to Pokhara by Flight, Trek to Deurali ( 2100m)
Morning: Catch an early morning flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara (approximately 25-30 minutes).
Mid-morning: Arrive in Pokhara and transfer to your hotel.
Late Morning: Take a private vehicle to Kande (about 1.5 hours).
Afternoon: Begin the trek from Kande and hike through picturesque villages and terraced fields.
Late Afternoon: Reach Deurali, a scenic spot offering panoramic mountain views.
Evening: Relax at the guesthouse, enjoy a warm meal, and our knowledgeable cultural guide will provide valuable insights into Nepali culture, and the plans for tomorrow's activities will also be communicated.
Overnight stay in Deurali ( 2100m)
Day 03
Deurali to Forest Camp ( 2600m)
Morning: Start trekking towards Forest Camp, ascending through rhododendron and oak forests.
Midday: Pass through the beautiful village of Pothana and continue trekking amidst lush vegetation.
Afternoon: Arrive at Forest Camp (Kokar), surrounded by serene forested landscapes.
Evening: Explore the area, unwind with fellow trekkers, and enjoy the tranquil ambiance.
Our knowledgeable cultural guide will provide valuable insights into Nepali culture, and the plans for tomorrow's activities will also be communicated.
Overnight stay in Forest Camp ( 2600m )
Day 04
Forest Camp to High Camp (3600m)
Sunrise: Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the mountains.
Morning: Resume trekking towards High Camp, ascending through dense forests and alpine meadows.
Midday: Pass through Low Camp ( 2970m) and enjoy breathtaking views of the Annapurna Range.
Afternoon: Arrive at High Camp, the highest point of the trek, offering stunning Himalayan vistas.
Evening: Relax, soak in the mountain scener.
Our knowledgeable cultural guide will provide valuable insights into Nepali culture, and the plans for tomorrow's activities will also be communicated.
Overnight stay in High Camp ( 3600m)
Day 05
High Camp ( 3600m) to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) ,Return to Pokhara ( 830m)
Sunrise: Wake up early for a mesmerizing sunrise view over the mountains.
Morning: Trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp ( 4500m) , where you'll be rewarded with close-up views of Machhapuchhre and Mardi Himal.
Midday: Spend time at the Base Camp, taking photos and enjoying the breathtaking scenery.
Afternoon: Descend back to High Camp for breakfast.
Late Afternoon: Trek down to Low Camp and then to Siding Village.
Evening: Take a private vehicle back to Pokhara and celebrate the completion of the trek. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 06
fly back to Kathmandu ( 1300m)
Enjoy with sunrise view over the majestic Himalayas, then have a breakfast and we fly back to Kathmandu—a thrilling flight over forests, fields and villages, with the Himalaya in the background. Spend much of the afternoon relaxing and enjoying in Kathmandu. Stay overnight at your deluxe hotel.
Day 07
Service Project at Moonlight School
Following breakfast, at approximately 9:30 am, we will will walk to Moonlight School. This visit presents a valuable opportunity for students to participate in meaningful service projects, which encompass teaching lessons, organizing classroom games, and engaging in enriching cultural interactions with the students at Moonlight School. As a highlight of the day, a special lunch will be shared with the Moonlight children and teachers, fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie.
Having had a fulfilling day at Moonlight School, we will then return to our deluxe hotel in Kathmandu, where we can enjoy a comfortable and restful overnight stay.
Day 08
Fly back to your onward destination
The Moonlight Nepal Trekking and Adventure team will take you to the airport for your flight home. Alternatively, if your flight is scheduled for the evening, you have the option to either spend more time with the Moonlight School or explore the city through sightseeing and shopping during the day. We will arrange for your airport drop-off three hours before your departure time.

  • Cultural Encounters: Along the trail, encounter traditional Gurung and Magar villages, where you can interact with the friendly locals, learn about their culture and lifestyle, and experience warm hospitality.
  • Mardi Himal Base Camp: Trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp for a closer view of the majestic Mardi Himal peak. Marvel at the pristine beauty of the landscape, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and glaciers.
  • Service Project at Moonlight school and do a service project including teaching a lesson, running classroom games & experiencing cultural interactions

To achieve this, we regularly consult with schools to determine a reasonable and feasible cost for their students. However, please note that the trip cost may fluctuate depending on factors such as the season of travel, group size, and duration of the journey.
