Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
At Moonlight Nepal Trekking & Adventure (MNTA), we strive to provide a seamless booking experience while maintaining clear policies for payments, cancellations, and refunds.
Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: A 30% deposit of the total invoice is required upon booking confirmation.
- Final Payment: The remaining 70% must be paid at least 45 days before departure to secure the trip.
- Pricing: All prices are net and inclusive of applicable government taxes.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure clarity and fairness, cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to MNTA. Refunds are processed according to the notice period:
- More than 30 days before departure: 30% of the total invoice will be charged.
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 60% of the total invoice will be charged.
- 8 to 14 days before departure: 80% of the total invoice will be charged.
- Within 7 days of departure: No refund (100% of the total invoice will be charged).
Insurance & Claims

- If the cancellation is due to an insured event, clients may file a claim with their insurance provider for reimbursement.
