Full payment should be made at least 45 days before trip departure.
Prices are net and inclusive of all government taxes.
Any cancellations by a client must be confirmed in writing via email to Moonlight Nepal Trekking and Adventure (MNTA).
Cancellation charges will be calculated according to the day email notification is received by MNTA.
For cancellations more than one calendar month before the Tour Start Date, a charge of 30% of the total invoice amount.
For cancellations from one calendar month up to and including 15 calendar days before the Tour Start Date, a charge of 60% of the total invoice amount.
For cancellations from 14 calendar days up to and including 8 calendar days before the Tour Start Date, a charge of 80% of the total invoice amount;
Cancellations occurring within 7 days of the date of travel shall be charged 100% of the total price.
Canceled tours may be postponed but are non-transferrable.
If the reason for cancellation is covered by the client’s insurance policy, the client may be able to make a claim under that policy
